Music production is all about control. You press the right key at the right moment, and the instrument gives you the result you expect.
We often treat life the same way: plan, execute, organise, tick things off a never ending list of to-dos, make everything predictable and controllable. But many things happen differently — more by experimenting, sensing, trying. We do something without knowing exactly what it is going to be — and it is in this place sometimes that something unexpected appears.
Everything leaves a trace, which influences something else; it persists, it mutates, it becomes another reaction.
This project is about intuition, trace and consequence. The installation asks you to move, feel and experiment, rather than playing music “correctly” or knowing the outcome in advance.
